Delete your account — Signos del Caracol

You can request deletion of your Signos del Caracol account and its associated data at any time:
How to request it
- Email hola@signoscaracol.com with the subject
Delete my account. - Write to us from the same email address you registered with, so we can verify the account is yours.
- We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data that is permanently deleted
- Your user account and email address.
- Your login credentials and Google/Apple sign-in data.
- Your preferences, subscription/credit status and saved content (favorites, readings, questions asked to the Akín assistant).
Data that is retained
We are legally required to keep billing records for the period mandated by tax law. Those records are not removed together with your account.
Important
- Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store must be cancelled separately from your Google or Apple account; deleting your in-app account does not cancel an active subscription.
- After deletion, the 256 diloggún signs remain available in the app without an account.
