1. Ownership of the content

All texts, interpretations, classifications, translations, patakíes, prayers, proverbs, comments, interpretation rules, relationships between the diloggún signs, database structure, designs, iconography, illustrations, interpretation algorithms, content organization, and other elements included in the Signos del Caracol application are the exclusive property of its author and are protected by national and international intellectual-property and copyright law.

2. Copying prohibited

The total or partial reproduction of any content of the application by any means is expressly prohibited, including, among others:

screenshots;
photographs of the screen;
video recordings;
broadcasts;
printing;
manual copying;
OCR (optical character recognition);
artificial intelligence;
automated data extraction;
scraping;
reverse engineering,

without the owner’s express authorization.

3. Database and structure

The database structure, the thematic classification, the relationship between the diloggún signs, the selection of advice, the organization of the patakíes, the interpretation systems, and any other methodology developed for this application constitute a protected intellectual work independently of each individual text.

Protection extends not only to the individual texts, but also to the selection, organization, classification, relationships between contents, interpretation methodology, database structure, algorithms, and original presentation developed for the application. The systematic extraction or reproduction of substantial parts of that structure, even when carried out partially or through rephrasing of the content, will be considered an infringement of intellectual-property rights.

4. Prohibition of AI training

It is prohibited to use any content of this application to train artificial-intelligence models, language models, information-retrieval systems, or any similar technology without the owner’s written authorization.

5. Prohibition of creating derivative applications

The content of this application may not be used to develop applications, websites, virtual assistants, books, courses, databases, or similar products that reproduce, in whole or in part, the structure or content of Signos del Caracol.

6. Screenshots

Taking screenshots is authorized solely for strictly personal use.

Their publication, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited, as well as their dissemination on social networks, messaging groups, courses, or any other medium when it allows significant reproduction of the application’s content.

7. Account sharing

The license is personal and non-transferable. Simultaneous use from multiple devices or by several people may lead to the suspension of the account.

8. Reverse engineering

It is prohibited to attempt to obtain the internal workings of the application, including the interpretation algorithms, decision rules, prioritization systems, or any other mechanism used to generate the responses.

9. Protection and traceability measures

To protect this content, the application may mark it with a user identifier (watermark) and apply technical measures that hinder selecting or copying the text. Any unauthorized reproduction may be traced back to the account from which it was made, and may lead to suspension of access and to the corresponding legal actions.
